Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance, build scaffolding and other construction structures, and work with construction crews to build, adjust, and repair wood frameworks in various construction projects.
He support the president and the vice ensuring the smooth functioning of the foundation. He ensuring meetings are effectively organism and minutes recording. Maintain effective record and administration upholding the legal requirements, documentation, comunication and correspondence. He is responsible for the day-to day administration of the secretariat of the fundation.

Involves in gathering samples and conducting tests on plant and animal specimens for various purposes. Responsible for testing and maintaining equipment, conducting soil and crop experiments, ensuring that crops are grown efficiently and sustainably, monitoring the health of animals on farms, and feeding them appropriately.

Specialties : Professionally responsible for planning, organization, development, and monitoring of matters relating to worker discipline at the company's. Leader of the company's discipline team and in charge of recommending the deployment of the company's staff to the discipline team and allocation of duties and resources for workers discipline to ensure collaboration among members of the discipline team and other functional teams as well as with the social worker.
